Riding!!! iPhone Chronicles

It's been almost 20 years (eeek that makes me sound very seasoned) since I owned and rode a bike. Ajani received a bike for his birthday last month and since then I have been interested in getting back on there myself. As we searched for his bike I was riding around the store testing the adult models.

Today I got a brand spanking new Huffy cruiser. I new it was the one right away because as a little girl I learned to ride on a Huffy that was unfortunately stolen. I just got back from riding my new bike and it was so much fun getting the hang of it again.

Also in even bigger news... Ajani got his training wheels off and learned how to ride on 2 wheels. This happened within an hour. I am so proud of him!!! I didn't get a photo because I was too busy riding myself and he was done by the time I whipped out the iPhone.

Lost in Wonderland

I have been such a bad blooger. I say "bad blogger" because I have had lots of stuff to talk about but just haven't. I have been so busy lately. Working on Nasilele Photography, being a Mommy that isn't always glued to the computer (well I try), my son turning 7 years old, and other crazy stuff like the flood in my studio.

There has been so much going on and I have lots of pictures to share so hopefully I will get to that soon. As for today my mind is on getting ready to spend the weekend with my babe in his state. We have been going long distance strong for almost 2 years now and today is actually the day we met 2 years ago. So here is a pic we took in May while visiting Baltimore.

Baltimore... finally! part 1

I cannot believe I have never been to Baltimore to visit my family who has lived there all of my life. They always come up to visit. I finally took a drive down there with Jeroy to visit my cousin and husband. I didn't even make it to my Uncle's house and I am under fire for that offense! So I will be back down there soon because I definitely missed out not seeing Uncle Milton.

Those cute little teeth are gone and that baby face is maturing. I cannot believe its been 2 years! I am about to have a 7 year old. WOW

Birthday Weekend in Philly...

So we set off on a little road trip to Philly on my birthday. Most of these pictures are from the day after my bday which was spent sightseeing and eating!! It was cold but it didn't stop me having fun while becoming one with all the great sights to see!

It's In There Somewhere

There are so many goodies on Etsy that I almost couldn't stop myself! Don't you just love V-day goodies! 

I was looking through the pictures from my lovey dovey shoot last summer and found that I overlooked a great photo. I *heart* this one.

I can just feel the love when I look at it... now I am off to find a great Valentine for my sweetie that I haven't already shown! That might be hard.

Elephant Love

I absolutely adore elephants. I am not sure when the love grew to obsession but I have lots of elephants with their trunks up around my home now. SInce I am in redecorate mode I have been looking for cute elephant accents to include in my decor. I have found mostly pillows and they are all so cute!!

 I am pretty sure I will be repainting with lots of blue so I will likely go with that cute tray and the white pillow with the 3 graphic elephants. If you see any cute elephant goodies please let me know!!
